Nutritional Counseling

Good nutrition starts with the foods you eat and the liquids you drink. By feeding your body nutritious, whole foods, you are taking the first steps to better health. Did you know that your body requires at least half your body weight in ounces of water per day? Few of us even come close to this amount. The foods we eat are increasingly processed and packaged full of harmful chemicals. Remember, the best food you can get at the grocery store exists on the edges. Once you start pulling food off the shelves from the middle aisles, you are no longer eating the best and freshest whole foods. That said, we all lead busy lives and don't always get the best food for our bodies. This is why vitamin and mineral supplementation is so important. Taking vitamins is not an excuse to eat any way we wish but rather a way to fill in the gaps and keep us healthy. The proper nutrition can make a world of difference from energy you have throughout the day to sleeping better at night.
